The Not-So-Small Print
If you are not subscribed to one of our affordable fixed price plans, disbursements are charged at a rate of 7% of the total net fee charged for the services provided. This covers all licensing, photocopying, printing, binding, postage and general consumables used in the delivery of your service. If freight or courier services are required these will be charged separately at actual cost as and when appropriate. If you are ever unsure of the total charge, get in touch and we can confirm the exact cost for you. We pride ourselves on being up front and not giving our clients any nasty surprises.
If payments are made by credit card a surcharge of 3% of the total amount due will apply. The total amount due, including the surcharge will be advised at the time of payment. For convenience, we recommend our clients pay by internet banking. Our bank account details are available on your invoice or by calling reception during office hours.
Prices may fluctuate from time to time. Every attempt is made to keep the above prices up to date but should you want to confirm the cost of your desired plan or service please do not hesitate to contact us. All of our fees are reassessed at least annually to adjust for the changing costs of doing business.
Package prices are based on a 12 month payment period in sync with the financial year (April to March). Monthly payments will be adjusted for clients who start their plan mid way through a financial year. Payment is due on the first day of each month or the nearest business day. Clients who are in arrears will not have any work completed until payments are up to date.
Our packages are intended for small owner-operated businesses and as such may not be applicable to all clients. Packages must be entered in to by mutual agreement between the client and the management of Mercer Business Partners Limited. If the scope of work is outside that intended to be completed in the package agreement then the client will have the option to enter in to a tailored fixed price plan unique to their business and circumstances. Package Agreements must be cancelled in writing by either an authorized representative of the client or by a representative of the management of Mercer Business Partners Limited.
All decisions on billing, surcharges, disbursements or discounts are at the sole discretion of the senior management of Mercer Business Partners Limited.
